- To make the jam: combine the strawberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. While cooking, break up strawberries with an avocado masher or a fork. Lower the heat and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Off heat, stir in 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier and let cool. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- To assemble: Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into a decorative glass or small serving dish. Top with 1 tablespoon of jam and sprinkle with half the granola. Repeat with another 1/4 yogurt, tablespoon of jam and remaining granola. Top with raspberries.
